Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Plurium processes when you use the website or iOS app, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Data we process
- Account data, such as your email address, sign-in identifier, locale, and credit balance.
- Your questions, AI answers, discussion history, uploaded files, and transcripts. Audio is sent for transcription; the recording itself is not added to discussion history.
- Purchase and credit-ledger records needed to deliver credits and verify transactions. Apple processes App Store payments under its own policy.
- Privacy-minimized product events such as feature use and success status. These events use fixed categories and do not contain questions, answers, filenames, report text, or share tokens.
Third-party AI processing
To generate or transcribe a response, Plurium sends your question and the content you choose to attach to Plurium servers and the selected third-party AI providers. Only content needed for the requested operation is sent. Provider processing is also governed by the applicable provider terms and policies.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate you, run and save discussions, generate AI answers and synthesis, transcribe voice input, process credits and purchases, secure and operate the service, troubleshoot failures, and understand product usage without collecting discussion content in analytics.
Retention and deletion
Account data, discussions, reports, attachments, and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can permanently delete your account in the iOS app; this removes user-owned discussions and account data from the active service. Public report links currently have no separate revoke or expiry control.
Your choices
You can decline or withdraw consent for AI processing in the iOS Account screen. Without consent, Plurium will not send a new question, file, or audio recording for AI processing. You can also delete your account in the app or contact us about access, correction, or deletion.
AI limitations and sensitive data
AI-generated answers and transcripts can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information and do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you understand that it will be sent for processing.
